Griddled AlterGrill with tender vegetables
Turn fast food into a gourmet vegetarian dish. Put the griddle on to heat, add a dash of oil and cook the AlterGrill slices on both sides. At the same time, prepare some salad shoots on a plate and slice a carrot, a quarter of a head of fennel and some cooked green asparagus all very thinly with a mandoline. Add some croutons and slices of Parmesan cheese. Finish off the salad with a classic vinaigrette and serve with the freshly cooked AlterGrill. This dish can also be made with different accompaniments, such as quinoa and other vegetables.
